JOB PURPOSE

We are currently looking for top talent to reinforce our internal supply chain consulting team.

As a senior analyst in the global supply chain strategy team, you will be at the heart of the business-transforming decisions at the core of which is the vision to continuously change lives of billions. With a global presence in over 190 countries, Unilever is looking to develop global leaders with the right motivation, skills and mindset to realize its strategic agenda.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
· Work as a senior business analyst as part of or leading a team on projects across product groups and geographies
· Develop strategic business initiatives and support in driving the business unit's leadership agendas in supply chain and operations topics
· Perform end-to-end operational optimizations, identify opportunities and deliver recommendations through in-depth data analysis
· Support and help develop junior analysts as well as generate new ideas for projects, methodologies, frameworks, processes and tools to improve the department's positive contribution to the company
· Examples of projects: manufacturing network design, make vs. buy, capital investment evaluations, complexity cost optimisation, design to value, route-to-market, cost to serve, internal and external benchmarking, competitive intelligence, End to End process value chain analysis, etc.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE
· At least 3 years experience in strategy consulting or 4-6 years industry experience (FMCG preferred)
· Experience with latest digitisation of processes, management, technologies in supply chain and operations is an advantage
· A solid understanding of cost accounting, financial accounting and project management
· Strong problem solving skills, analytical capability and able to produce high quality presentations
· Willingness to travel up to 25%, including long-term stay (up to 3 weeks at a time) across different parts of the world
· Masters qualification required and/or MBA from a top business school
· High proficiency in English, additional languages will be considered a plus
