J OB SUMMARY:

· Cooperates internally and with other departments to manage internal orders process
· Perform regular reports eg order confirmation, daily non-delivery reports and share with key stakeholders
· Data mining to provide input for key customer service level summary, identify and highlight trends or root causes in order to improve service level
· Perform ad-hoc reporting related to performance
· Continuously seek for digitalization and automatization opportunities
· Support Customer Service team with ad hoc data gathering

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· You can start in July 2020
· Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies (preferably in Supply Chain / Economics)
· Availability for a longer term – at least 10-12 months – internship, we would like to provide the opportunity to learn a lot and gain real experience
· You can work 30 hours / week
· Fluency both in Hungarian and English – you will need to actively use both languages confidently to communicate internally and externally as well
· Analytical skills, you don’t shy away from using Excel and you are able to draw conclusions from numbers
· Proactive thinking, you are able to work independently and drive your tasks forward
· Strong attention to detail
· Team spirit, you enjoy being part of a team and you can handle receiving tasks from several directions at the same time
