Job description

Role: Southeast Asia Programme Executive (Project Based) for a Sustainability Project

We are looking for someone who will support a sustainability project for Unilever in Southeast Asia.  

This role will require close collaboration with other team members in the working team within Unilever and existing partners in this project as well as strong engagement with the cross-functional Unilever team involved in the work on plastic.  

This role will also entail project coordination support for prospective, current, future projects in Southeast Asia.

Main duties and responsibilities: 

Internal stakeholder management 

·  Support main POC in engaging and briefing Country Champions (GMs / HoCs) in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines 
·  Coordinate with teams like Procurement, Sustainability and others to create business value and value chain integration over time 
·  Coordinate with Unilever Project Leads to ensure project delivery 
·  Support Philippine Sustainability Team in Compass Sustainability Delivery for 2024 

  Operations of the project:

·  Support pipeline development and sourcing grantees  
·  Support day-to-day activities with Resonance Country Coordinators to ensure full integration 
·  Provides Unilever inputs to partners on project reporting 

 External stakeholder management and partnership building 

·  Support main POC in engaging project partner regional representatives  
·  Support identification of opportunities to scale the project
·  Support SEA Lead in representing the project at relevant external meetings and events 

Qualifications:

·  Experience with SME/start-up acceleration/incubation activities 
·  Experience with projects relating to addressing the issue of plastic pollution 
·  Strong written and spoken communication skills (ability to speak Vietnamese and/or Bahasa Indonesian is a plus) 
·  Excellent stakeholder management skills  
·  Must be amenable on a 1 to 2 years project based contract or until end of project.
