MAIN JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible to lead change management role on projects, ensuring all Sourcing Unit inputs are available and Factory is geared up for deployment including new innovations, VIP, product transfers, roll-outs, recipe changes and line extensions with an agreed time plan.

Key responsibility is to evaluate, propose and design processes, plant, operations and technology to deliver product and process innovation and increased volumes, while ensuring that capacity, quality, safety and environment standards are maintained.

JOB SUMMARY
I. Change Management
· Lead and ensure execution of the VIP Programs in the category
· Non engineering execution
· Overall Program Management
· Prepare and monitor project networks for Sourcing Unit-led projects.
· Provide trial report for Sourcing Unit-led projects.

II. CAPEX Management
· Submission of CapEx in Marlin and monitoring of progress status.
· Tracking of Capex spend for assigned projects

III. Innovation Projects
· Receive new projects' information (ex: equipment, formulation, processing…) from global, regional or local technical team (eg: R&D)
· Work with technical team to do Preliminary Hazard Assessment and evaluate the impact of change.
· Ensure SU capability is considered for new products/process and lead modifications if any
· Ensure trial is executed based on the trial plan.
· Safekeep all documents relevant to the project (Risk Assessments, Working Instructions, Batch Sheets)
· Ensure system transactions are smooth and possible; BOM and batch sheets are completely aligned
· Translate PFD-Batch Sheet

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· Must have a college degree in either Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
· With 3 to 4 years of work experience in production/manufacturing preferably in an FMCG company.
· Must be willing to work in Paco, Manila.
