Key Accountabilities
· Support the SHE Manager and team with implementing of effective SHE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
· Support deploying the global / regional SHE strategy, policy, and standards in sites to achieve excellent sustainable results
· Following-up the SHE performance indicators and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on time
· Supporting and guide functions to implement SHE requirements
· Developing, deploying & implementing plans to improve driving safety and occupational safety records of the sites
· Monitoring driving safety activities of HPC Factory
· Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program, i.e., emergency response systems, etc.
· Driving safety risk assessment in order to work with sites to develop and implement SHE strategy and improvement action plan
· Working with regulatory bodies on ensuring the factory meet all local, national, legal and Unilever standards on Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
· Supports following SHE budget.
· Supporting the preparation of safety incident reports, conduct incident investigations and complete necessary corrective actions.
· In order to increase SHE awareness among the employees using all visual or written communication channels.
· Supporting maintaining full compliance with all Unilever framework standards and Legal requirements about SHE issues.
· Participating external and internal audits, coordinating necessary activities and informing relevant people in the organization.
· Applying risk assessments for out of Office organizations and taking necessary preventive actions.
· Supporting the internal and external crisis committees and safety committee; support serious incident investigation and analysis.
· Control all major risks ensuring there are plans and actions to mitigate impact in cases of accidents.
· Run continuous risk assessment to point improvement required in the sites.
· Deploying internal SHE audits and inspection systems.
· Performing trend analyses for accidents / incidents.
· Determining training needs and assist in delivery of training programs.

Main Job Purpose
The SHE Supervisor has responsibility for supporting and implementing Occupational Safety to achieve excellence on Sites. S/he works with Supply Chain teams to implement SHE Strategy and improvement plans to achieve sustainable SHE excellence by reducing injuries expressed in TRFR and increase Safety Culture.
Key Requirements
ESSENTIAL
· Diploma in Engineering
· Experience in SHE Department
· Factory SHE Experience
· Min B Class SHE Expert Certification
· Intermediate Level English
· Communication Skills
· Good observation and Auditing skills
PREFERRED
· Factory site Experience
· Machinery and/or Process Safety Knowledge
. PTW system Knowledge
