SHE Specialist/SHE专员

Job description

Qualification ：

BS or above degree in chemical engineering, environmental or occupational health and safety engineering or equivalent combination of training & experience. 2 or above years SHE related work experience in industry and manufacturing environment 
Fluent English in both oral and written. Good communication and people interaction skills. Excellent PC skills Capability in strategic thinking and program/campaign driving Willing to rotation in SHE team

Main Responsibilities:

Daily Operation Support:

Assist and support the CSHE team for routine Safety agenda.

SHE Meeting Coordination:

Regularly organize SHE meetings to work together with SHE teams to ensure the implement of Unilever requirements.

Safety Culture Building:

Organize cluster SHE activities for improving SHE awareness and foster a positive safety culture.

Safety Standards:

Good know of Unilever SHE requirements and assist in building SHE standards for culster.

Onsite Audit:

Perform periodic SHE inspections/audits to validate the compliance of Unilever requirements. Follow up the corrective actions established with the team.

Incident Investigation:

Participate in the investigations of incidents. Track the factories of the incident to implement the action plans.

Lead N&I Safety Agenda

Connecting to factory SHE of N&I, deploy and drive safety agenda focusing on Safety programs/campaigns which cover BU level sub-committee, SHE improvement program, SHE activities etc.

SHE Performance Report

Assist in completing monthly and quarterly cluster SHE performance reports.

Other

Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
