SHE Specialist/SHE专员

Job description

Qualification：

At least 2 years’ safety work experience, would be plus for working experience in international company Fluent English in both oral and written Good communication and people interaction skills. Excellent Office Software skills, particularly in Excel and Power Point Capability in strategic thinking and program/campaign driving

Main Responsibilities:

Lead cluster non-make safety agenda

Connecting to Unilever Global Non-make Community, deploy and drive non-make safety agenda focusing on North Asia cluster Safety programs/campaigns which may cover Road/Vehicle Safety, Travel Safety, Office Safety, Business Event Safety and etc.

Safety Committee Coordination:

Regularly organize Road Safety Committee and Office Safety Committee meetings to work together with non-make teams to ensure the implement of Unilever requirements.

Safety Culture Building:

Work with teams and support to promote safety culture over North Asia organization.

Safety Reporting Data Maintenance:

Monitor safety data reporting system over the North Asia organization. Track monthly SHE performance data being properly uploaded from sites to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of SHE management requirement. Provide training and guidance to site SHE coordinators for using the SHE system.

Onsite Audit:

Safety audit together with team to sites to validate the compliance of Unilever requirements.

Incident Investigation:

Participate in the investigations of incidents. Track the departments of the incident to implement the action plans.

Daily Operation Support:

Assist and support the SHE team for routine Safety agenda, including part coverage of make sites, logistics and offices, to drive key agenda and comply on the company safety standards.

To support SHE Operation Manager to provide with cluster SHE monthly report
