Job description

Qualification ：

·  大学本科及以上学历，安全工程、化学工程、环境工程等专业优先，5年以上SHE工作经验。
·  BS or above degree in chemical engineering, environmental or safety sciences or equivalent combination of training & experience. 5 or above years SHE related work experience in industry and manufacturing environment .
·  熟悉SHE相关的法律法规。
·  Good knowledge of SHE laws and regulations.
·  注册安全工程师优先。
·  Certified safety engineer preferred.
·  熟悉ISO14001和ISO45001。
·  Knowledge in ISO14001 and ISO 45001 or similar SHE management system.
·  熟悉各项安全技能，如设备防护、消防、电气安全、化学品管理、职业健康管理等。
·  Good knowledge of SHE regulations and SHE technical, e.g. machine guarding, firefighting, electrical safety, chemical safety, occupational health and so on.
·  能熟练使用英语读写。
·  Fluent in read and written English.
·  具有良好的人际交往、组织协调和计划策划能力。
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·  具有团队合作意识。
·  Teamwork player.
·  熟练Office软件应用技能。
·  Excellent PC skills.

Main Responsibilities:

·  监督SHE法规和标准在现场的落实。确保100%法规符合性。
·  Monitor and supervise the implementation of SHE regulation and procedure on site. Make sure legal compliance 100%.
·  建立和维持SHE管理体系和程序，确保工厂的SHE工作满足法规和联合利华标准的的要求。
·  Responsible for establishing and maintaining SHE management systems and procedures make sure that the activity of WAW complies with national and local laws, regulations related standards, and Unilever requirements.
·  职业健康管理。
·  Occupational health management.
·  环境管理。
·  Environment protection management.
·  安防管理。
·  Security management.
·  变更管理。
·  MOC management .
·  施工安全管理。
·  Construction safety management.
·  项目三同时管理。
·  Project three simultaneities management of safety/env/occupational health/fire control.
·  承包商安全管理。
·  Contractor management.
·  对外部政府部门的沟通。
·  Communication with government agencies.
·  组织年度ISO14001 & 45001 & PAR & PSM内审。
·  Organize annual internal ISO14001 & 45001 & PAR & PSM audit.
·  能够熟练应用风险评估工具，主导各项风险评估，如项目风险评估、设备防护风险评估、作业风险等。
·  Well-trained application with risk assessment tools. Lead various risk assessment, for example project risk assessment, machine guarding risk assessment, JSA and so on.
·  现场定期进行安全检查，完成检查报告，提出改进安全生产管理的建议，督促落实整改措施。
·  Conduct regular safety inspections on site, complete inspection reports, propose suggestions for improving safety production management, and supervise the implementation of corrective measures.
·  安全/环境数据的定期上报。
·  Collect SPR & EPR data and submit.
·  SHE事件的分析、调查，制定改善措施并追踪落实。
·  Analyze and investigate SHE incident, make and track countermeasure.
·  组织SHE活动，鼓励员工上报不安全行为/不安全状态，制止和纠正违章行为，建立良好的SHE文化。
·  Organize SHE activities, encourage employees to report UA/UC, stop and correct violations, and establish a good SHE culture.
·  定期组织月度工厂SHE委员会。
·  Organize monthly SHE committee meeting.
·  制定年度培训计划，组织开展培训教育，提升管理团队和员工的SHE能力和意识。
·  Make annual training plan, organize training and education, and enhance the SHE skills and awareness of the management team and employees.
·  制定年度应急演练计划，组织开展应急演练，提升员工应急处理能力。
·  Make annual emergency drill plan, organize and carry out emergency drills, and enhance employees' emergency response capabilities.
