JOB TITLE: SHE Assistant Manager/SHE 助理经理
JOB LOCATION: Hefei
DEPARTMENT: SC
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Env management including ensure the Env protection facility operation and legal compliance
- Ensure Env practices are in full compliances to government and regulations and meet UL Standards
- Keep and maintain good cooperation with relative government authorities
- Lead to maintain Env management system and documentation management
- Responsible for coordinate Env inspection, audit internally and externally
- Develop and deliver effective training & promotion programs, it includes but not limited to training need analysis, annual training plan, class training implementation and the Env & Sustainability promotion plan and implementation.
- Lead and drive world class manufacturing (WCM) Env pillar activities at site level
- Lead to conduct Env impact factor analysis in job sites and support to find solution to eliminate, reduce or control the hazards or risk.
- Afford technical support on energy reduction and wastewater/ wastage reduction project
- Lead Unilever Sustainable Living Plan in HF site
- The other Env related responsibilities assigned by site SHE manager.
Job Requirements:
- Environment engineering & ecology related education background, Bachelor or above
- Energy management experience is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years SHE working experience including not less than 1 year in multinational company.
- Good Env knowledge and concept, strong knowledge of EMS management system and ISO 14001 system, or the relevant SHE management system in developing, implementation and sustaining
- Good computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.)
- Oral and writing English should meet job needs (Minimum CET-4)
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
- Strong influencing skill
- Self-motivated, highly integrity and preciseness
- Passion on EHS management and responsibility
- Level of details
