Job description

Background & Purpose of the Job  

The Senior Analytics Product Manager will own the delivery of the product roadmap from ideation to launch in partnership with the retailer teams, BUs, and digital commerce team. They will work closely with the business and technical teams to find data solutions to daily challenges. The role will be part strategic – leveraging innovation and trends in the marketplace - and part tactical - applying technical capabilities that benefit the user.  

 

Key requirements include a deep understanding of CPG and retailer business operations, performance management, and the ability to translate to technical teams in building automated and AI based solutions. Key responsibilities include prioritizing product funnels with keen awareness of the fit within larger business processes, strong understanding of user needs to drive adoption, and development of junior members on the team. Strong communication skills and extensive experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels is required.

What You’ll Need To Succeed  

· 
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience in data and analytics 

· 
3+ years of experience in Consumer packaged goods or retailer industry experience required 

· 
Strong track record of working with business stakeholders to drive definition and alignment 

· 
Strong communication and Influencing skills 

· 
Project Management skills 

· 
Strong Time Management skills 

· 
Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau 

· 
Agile Method experience 

Pay : The pay range for this position is $110,700 to $166,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
