As a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst, you will partner with the business Nutrition and Food Solution North America Supply Chain Finance Performance Management team, reporting to the Nutrition and UFS NA Supply Chain Finance Performance Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

The key essence of this role is assisting to provide end-to-end supply chain finance support. The SCF Analyst has a key role in preparing management information to provide understanding of Supply Chain cost, in addition to providing support to the NA SC Performance Management Manager on key leadership forums (S&OP, SCLT etc…) and forecasts.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

The role is an essential part of Nutrition and Food Solution Supply Chain Finance, should have strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify value-added opportunities and provide financial insights to support better decision making.

Lead some key forecast processes, such as report and follow up forecast changes.

· 
Monthly gross margin forecast bias monitoring.

· 
Support the NA SC Performance Manager on key forums (S&OP, SCLT, performance calls).

· 
Finance owner of Business Waste cost bucket. Responsible for overseeing accruals for slow-moving and obsolete inventory, forecasting & analytics on waste sources and reduction initiatives, and partnering these results with various cross-functional stakeholders.

Your key interactions: Finance Excellence Team FP&A HUB | Finance Excellence Team S&OP | Finance Excellence Team SC Finance COE | UFS Finance Team | Nutrition and Food Solution Supply Planning | Material Cost Nutrition and FS SC Finance.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

· 
Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of relevant finance experience.

· 
Experience in partnering Supply Chain is preferred.

· 
Analytical thinking / problem solving ability:

· 
Ability to combine multiple and different data points to draw conclusions.

· 
Apply systematic approach to identify and eliminate root causes.

· 
Sees problems through to a complete solution beyond the immediate next step.

· 
IT Skills:

· 
Experience building data models/analytics, visualizations, conducting presentations, information design is a plus.

· 
Motivation and drive

· 
Ambitious to hit personal targets and standards.

· 
Resilience (ability to cope with time pressure and challenges)

· 
Proactive information gathering from various sources, including unstructured data.

Pay : The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $102,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
