Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Modern Trade Executive is responsible for exploring and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining partner relationships. Ultimately, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. In addition, you will be supported by the Modern Trade Team with other tasks as assigned by the Management.

·  Establishes & maintain a good relationship with key accounts. Understands their needs and provide support to them.
·  Prepare and work with key account to suggest weekly PO and set target for monthly, quarterly, and annually growth.
·  Collaborate and plan with Modern retail partners, for resilience growth through categories and channels by applying the Modern trade country’s strategies. 
·  Gathers feedback from customers & market and develops a strategic action plan for management.
·  Cooperate with the distributor and salesman team to track and follow up on sales and performances, to deliver KPIs.
·  At a modern retail outlet, review instore visibility, display, and share of shelve of our product, to ensure maximum product exposure.
·  Prepares daily and monthly sales activities plan and report to the line manager.
·  Supports to the Modern Trade Team with other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, International Business, or another related field is required.
·  Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales with Retail Channel (online & offline) or similar role.
·  English proficiency is a compulsory.
·  Be able to work in cross multiculture business environment, be a fast learner, and passion for sales.
