Background & Purpose of the Job

The Collaborative, Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst + Best Practice Lead position requires the management of Walmart's Store Shelf Replenishment at the SKU level using Retail Link's CPFR and GRS tools. This role will lead streamlined Supply Chain activities, drive advanced analytics, and unlock incremental opportunities across the business. The external CPFR work optimizes Walmart's Store Replenishment Process coupled with Unilever's Supply Chain to create a value chain to deliver on Customer KPI's and overall Unilever sales goals. These activities require tight internal business linkages, strong analytics and communication is critical for success.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

You will serve as a key supply chain liaison between the Walmart Replenishment team, Unilever Sales team and Supply Chain, including other CPFR's, Supply Chain Planning, Quality and Capabilities to name a few. You will be responsible for managing projects including digital upgrades, optimal inventory strategies, and serve as the CPFR lead to streamline best practices across the team. This position will be located in the Walmart Sales office in Rogers, AR.

What You'll Need To Succeed

The position requires knowledge and ability associated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics and 3 years of experience. Ideally, the candidate requires broad supply chain functional knowledge and customer knowledge. This position requires the ability to build relationships and expertise in CPFR processes to help enable the team to drive value through incremental policies and changes to forecasts with the customer. You'll also need a strong “Founder's Mentality” mindset to empower self and others to take calculated risks and remove barriers to innovate. You'll need a critical understanding of how to analyze, problem solve, and present data and process flows to influence changes are also essential to success. Strong initiative and systems skills are also required to drive next gen analytics. Experience in driving CPFR partnerships a plus.
