We are looking to hire a Brand Marketer (Horlicks) based in Mumbai HO .
Job Description
· Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers and markets
· Working closely with the Brand Manager to develop the when/where/what/how for the Brand
· Derive insights from internal and external data analysis to capture shifts in business and consumer trends
· Partner media deployment agency in conceptualization and implementation of media plans for brand adverts and activations
· Lead activations and non-TV media deployment for the brand
· Drive agenda on increasing the digital presence of the brand on ecommerce and social media
· Manage networks with a cross functional team and deliver OTIF (on time in full)
· Work in an integrated team comprising supply chain (Planning, sourcing and purchase teams) & customer marketing functions in implementation of trade and consumer linked activities
· Partner commercial team in deploying the brand support budget esp. BTL/packaging/NTV and ensuring adherence
· Work with customer marketing team to create and implement trade plans/activities/promotions
Key Skills
· MBA/Master’s degree Tier 2 B school
· Ideally 2+ years of work experience in BB/ BD/ CD roles
· Comfort with MS Excel and internal MIS tools a must, PowerPoint will help
· Strong project management skills
· Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects
