In this Senior Assistant Brand Manager role, you will work alongside a great team and lead the Dove Master Brand/Bar portfolio which is critical to the delivery of the ambitious growth agenda for our Personal Care Business.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

· You're a born leader: You will support and contribute to realizing the objectives of the overall brand
· You're a strategy guru: You will independently develop & execute the annual plans for the portfolio to continue driving the fast pace of growth
· You're a dot connector: You will be accountable for delivering the annual financial plan as measured through market share, topline, margin and profit
· You're a story teller: You'll use your clear understanding of customer objectives and working in alignment with Sales and Trade Marketing counterparts to support customer needs.
· You're a teacher: You'll work closely with global brand partners to optimize communication and innovation mixes for the Canadian market, delivering on-time flawless execution of these programs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

· We are looking for a highly motivated individual, looking for significant independent responsibility, and has a strong bias for action
· Has excellent Analytical/quantitative skills & project management skills; be able to effectively present and implement action plans.
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams & external agency partners
· 3-5 years relevant marketing experience in CPG
· Degree in Marketing preferable
