MAIN JOB PURPOSE  

SEA B&W SCF Lead  

· 
Be a co-pilot to the business, partnering mainly with the SEA B&W Supply Chain function to drive value and bring positive impact to business strategy and performance 

· 
Involves developing insights, devising long-term strategic plans, and driving actions with the business to help achieve business targets (mainly gross margin) 

· 
Focuses largely on driving value through supply chain cost performance management 

· 
Involves working and collaboration with the BG and BU teams, business partners, and senior leaders across all functions (mainly Supply Chain & Finance) 

PH IF Lead  

· 
Partners with the manufacturing site leads in driving performance management for production costs and material waste 

· 
Ensures site controls (fixed assets, inventory, material waste) are performed in compliance with the Global Financial Control Framework (GFCF) 

· 
Collaborates with the supply chain team in improving site efficiency and in landing savings 

 

JOB SUMMARY  

 

Business Partnering (70%)  

· 
Review and undertake major performance interventions (where needed) to drive improvements in waste, cost, investment and working capital performance to close gaps to targets 

· 
Support the SEA B&W SC and PH IF teams in landing long-term gross margin roadmap 

· 
Develop and implement Supply Chain Cost performance management tools to provide regular gross margin visibility to the business unit and leadership team 

· 
Builds business cases or scenarios to support cost decision making with key focus in savings initiatives (restructuring, changes in sourcing network, innovations, new business models) 

· 
To track and communicate F4G projects and savings 

· 
To assist with other supply chain finance tasks/projects/simplification of processes as required 

Project Management (20%)  

· 
Lead cost benchmarking exercises with SC team across regional and global sourcing units 

· 
Conduct ad-hoc cost analysis and lead financial modelling to support decision-making across supply chain initiatives 

 

Stewardship / Controls (10%)  

· 
Identify major risks and opportunities in supply chain and factory operations and drive mitigation and opportunistic actions 

· 
Work with partners to devise factory savings opportunities and track, validate and hold partners accountable for actions 

· 
Ensure proper controls and governance surrounding costs, factory fixed assets, stock inventory (verification on site) and material wastes 

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS  

· 
Experience in driving P&L performance improvements (e.g. closing gaps vs. target through driving actions) and holding others accountable for committed actions (particularly peers and senior leadership)  

· 
Understanding of various Supply Chain Cost P&L lines 

· 
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with multicultural senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders (Business Partners and peers) 

· 
Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure 

· 
High level of flexibility to see the big picture but at the same time courage to deep dive into specific areas if need arises 

· 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and Power bi Apps 

· 
Experience in Accounting and risk awareness around financial controls
