MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The Salesforce Administrator is a key part in driving forward opportunities for analytics, understanding business requirements from across the whole of Unilever and translating technical knowledge into business requirement and vice-versa.

JOB SUMMARY
· Measuring use of the tool and promoting best practice.
· Answering questions on “how can I”.
· Triage any requests and changes e.g. removal of country queues.
· Support training of new users.
· Management and maintaining of training materials including case management process documentation.
· Support the change impact assessment for moving to a new single query tool.
· Translate business requirement into technical knowledge to Development Team
· Re-communicate back to Business once production is complete
· Creation of training materials to help drive training and understanding of new functionality
· Frequent check ins with the country to make sure they are using the new functionality properly

KEY REQUIREMENTS

· At least 3 years of experience in using Salesforce
· Must be willing to work on a 12 months fixed term contract role
· Can provide support and training of new users as well as providing documentations, materials and guide in Salesforce navigation
· Bring functional and technical knowledge to proactively troubleshoot issues, and conduct knowledge transfer with users
· Excellent communication, active listening and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation
· Passion for delivering service excellence; and developing a culture of “easy to do business with”, where customer's needs are anticipated
· Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve issues. Passion for simplification and continuous improvement
· Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure; and within a cross-culture and global environment
