Job description

具体岗位职责

负责福州GT整体生意:                                                             
1、管理区域GT渠道生意。                                                   
2、 阶段销售目标的落实。                                                  
3、 区域内的销售推广计划并组织实施。                                       

4、日常客户拜访,达成市场客户和售点开柜、完美有效、COTC、NPD、TDP等执行KPI及人员的日常管理。                

5、 与重点客户建立良好关系,维护公司及品牌生意可持续发展。                                                                                     
6、负责GT渠道团队建设、人员培训,提升GT业务人员专业技能。

所需人员画像

1、有三年以上经销商及区域重点客户管理经验。                            

2、熟悉GT管理流程,具备渠道管理以及执行经验,可以快速建立和客户的业务发展能力。                                                                

3、良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识;                                                

4、良好的团队管理能力;                                                                 

5、良好的电脑办公室软件操作技能。
