岗位职责:
阶段1-云南昆明新零售专员
- 管理推动联合利华西区直播及内容电商的生意发展。
- 计划及推动直播执行,统计整理直播各项指数数据,分析效果,优化直播体系及投放策略。
- 社交电商(快手/抖音等)的生意发展。
- 群运营推动。
- 视频/海报制作
阶段2-重点经销商代表
-完成公司要求的月度、季度、年度销售指标;
-负责经销商渠道,完成公司要求的区域重点客户各项指标;
-建立并维护好客户关系;
-带领团队完成通路行销部门的各项促销活动;
-带领团队快速完成公司新产品的区域终端推广及市场渗透;
-客户的库存及财务管理。
招聘要求:
a. 大学全日制本科及以上学历
b. 良好沟通能力,对销售工作有热情
c. 抗压能力强,2-3经销商管理工作经验
d. 地点灵活,接受轮岗发展
