Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Location: Kildrummy Office, Gauteng
Department: Customer Development
Based in Gauteng.
Open to SA Citizens only!
Plan the routing in order to maximize time spent at store. To implement the category and national accounts plans. Build excellent relationships at store level.
· Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands.
· Implement the national key account agreements and report on the gaps as per Trading terms .
· Check assortment and act on availability of our brands
· Introduce innovations within the set timeframe
· Visibility for the brands
· Ensure shelf space in line with Plano grams / markets shares / Trading terms
· Conduct floor walk to determine stock levels and Out of Stock, maintain records in the customer books .
· Control FIFO ( first in first out )& take necessary actions with store buyers.
· Secure leaflet and Broadsheet promotions and negotiate best available promo locations.
· Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at POS ( point of purchase )
· Negotiate local actions in line with company policies
· Gather and provide competitor information to RSM
· Weekly trade report to be completed and forwarded to Regional sales managers.
· Conduct business reviews / incentive updates / and performance discussions with customers on a monthly bases.
· Attend banner meetings when necessary
· Work closely with merchandisers at store level and field marketers
· Manage in store promotions with key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Matric with at least 2 to 3 years Trade / Customer Management experience
Degree/Diploma added advantage
Sales experience in the FMCG or Food Service industry
