Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will be an integral part of the operational backbone of UFS North America and will have cross-functional interactions with nearly every department (sales, marketing, finance, etc.). The primary purpose of this role is to help maximize business performance via sales strategies, enablement and support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, creating strategic initiatives to support sales growth, and has a thorough knowledge of Salesforce software platform, and its capabilities. This is a key role in the organization and it provides the candidate broad exposure in many disciplines and levels within Unilever Food Solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

· · Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement and/or optimize processes and procedures for effective and efficient operations
· · Create tools, new processes, mechanisms and automation which will ultimately improve sales success
· · Actively monitor implementation of new initiatives, root causing any barriers to adoption and quickly proposing corrective action
· · Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials
· · Identify and anticipate reporting and metrics which uncover opportunities for improvement in our processes and operations
· · Own Daily sales reporting
· · Provide and analyze monthly performance metrics and insights for Sales teams including but not limited to Sales productivity and funnel management.
· · Facilitate the S&OP process, liaison with marketing and sales.
· · Development of reports, charts, graphs and other analysis on a recurring and ad-hoc basis
· · Assist with on-boarding new sales talent
· · Be the Salesforce (SFDC) subject matter expert
· · Be a Blacksmith Analytics subject matter expert

Key Requirements

· · Bachelor degree in a related field
· · 3 to 5 years prior work experience supporting sales operations and related functions within a food service, retail, or related business environment
· · Advance proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reports.
· · Advance proficiency using Salesforce technologies and software platforms
· · Proficiency using SAP, Blacksmith Applications technologies and software platforms
· · Superior analytical, critical thinking and quantitative skills
· · Ability to drive strategic direction through insightful analysis
· · Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
· · Drive for results and strong sense of urgency
· · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· · Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies
· · Ability to identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions, ideas and more efficient approaches
