Sales and Operational Planning Lead
Background & Purpose of the Job
The Sales and Operational Planning Lead (S&OP) leads continuous improvement for our monthly S&OP process. The activities expected for the role include:·
Lead the design, testing and implementation of tools and systems relating to S&OP, most notably, the S&OP App·
Project manage continuous improvement activities· Design and maintain templates for formal meetings and S&OP process steps· Drive for behavioral alignment with the S&OP principles through internal audits of meetings, documentation, and change management· Influence Customer Development, Brand Building, Supply Chain and Finance to work within the process and discipline at all work levels in the business·
Ensure alignment with the Global End to End S&OP process· Share learning from internal and external Community of Practice meetings S&OP has critical links with a number of other processes and initiatives and this role will work closely with other project teams and functions to manage the interfaces between the various areas.
This role will allow the Lead to cover some managerial elements when required which makes this role an excellent development opportunity for a Key Talent individual who would like a role with high profile and broad business exposure.

What You'll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's Degree with focus in an analytical discipline (incl. Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Finance); advanced degree a plus
3-8 years' experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing or Sales
Minimum of 2 years of S&OP experience
