CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

The S2P Junior Manager role, plays an integral part of the Commercial Experience (Com.Ex) organisation, at the heartbeat of Unilever, having a future fit operation focus on Resilience, Fuel for Growth, and managing Future growth within our evolving organisation.

Globally we manage ~ 55 K vendors over 82 markets supporting our key business groups Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Homecare, Nutrition and Ice cream, through the Uniops organisation.

Our Markets S2P (source to pay) role enables deployment of experience solutions and key transformation programmes.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

· 
Overall management and control (through KPIs/SLAs/OLAs plus internal, external and ZBC audit reqs) of S2P processes in dedicated countries

· 
Leveraging cost-effective, best practice, global solutions across Unilever to meet users’ needs

· 
Making continuous improvement in both cost and service an integral part of our ways of working

· 
Working closely with S2P Process Office and Procurement Services to develop practical solutions.

· 
Drive end-to-end S2P processes with key focus on commercial experience of the End users and suppliers followed by the continuous improvement mindset.

· 
Ensure that respective stakeholders from MCOs are fully briefed about S2P processes in their regions and manage through dependencies with them in order to achieve all key S2P service line metrics

· 
Escalate to S2P Senior Manager if there are issues that are not to be resolved on his/her remit.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

· 
Min. 3 years of professional experience, either in Finance or Business or have a Degree/Masters qualification  in Finance or Business

· 
Preferred : strong Business analytical IT skills and MS package including knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage / PowerPoint skills .

· 
Great Communication skills (English, storytelling)

· 
Experience in overall responsibility of Results Management – meeting KPI, Targets

· 
Subject matter expert in Cluster/global business projects and support for internal process excellence projects, including change management.  Be the Expert in data content, ability to train others, able to propose system improvements.

· 
Full ownership for compliance with Global Financial Controls Framework (GFCF ) or other applicable.

· 
Acting as FPOC during audits/ walkthrough/ explanations

· 
Performing approvals of key governance controls.

· 
Experience in leading overall analytics / overseeing Business reports for legal requirements and compliance reasons.

· 
support for complex AP business case escalations – identification of Route cause analysis

·
