Job description
Main purpose of the role
Manage Information flow of the entire S&OP cycle among several functions including FGI planning, Customer service, demand planning, finance, marketing, CAT-OPS, sales & generate needed reports
Ensure that the SAP system and S&OP process are aligned, and update reports structure and sub-systems based on needed business requirements
Main accountabilities
1. S&OP Key figures generation and analysis
§ For each weekly run generate the basic S&OP key figures reports showing IMS, unconstrained shipment & constrained shipment
§ Ensure that SAP system output is valid, and that the forecast & stocks are accurately reflected.
§ Analyze total figures and troubleshoot to the lowest level in case of abnormalities or gaps and communicate to corresponding teams
§ Generate forecast Lag report
2. S&OP Cycle information & meetings management
§ Set the monthly meetings dates and the required attendees on each meeting
§ Generate the secondary sales reports showing actual and forecast figures as input to the CAP & Country Review Meetings
§ Generate and manage flow of DSR files between different Supply chain functions including FGI planning, demand planning & customer service
§ Create the pre-reads for the board meeting showing total company and per country forecast , achievement Vs. targets and last cycle performance measures
3. Monthly regional reporting
§ Generate the Bias and accuracy reports for both primary and secondary sales, in different unit of measures and for various time intervals
§ Communicate with regional teams
§ Share Primary & Secondary bias loss tree and actions plans with Demand planning and category operation teams and consolidate their replies
§ Generate the Stock days on hand standard and projected volumes for finished goods imports.
4. Align Business process updates with SAP system
§ Communicate with countries team to ensure that S&OP parameters agreed with the distributor are reflected on the system
§ Ensure that S&OP process & reports are aligned with SAP updates
5. New systems & tools creation
§ Facilitate and speed up the information flow in the S&OP cycle by creating new tools and systems using VBA & SQL with IT department alignment when needed
Preferred Candidate's Requirements:
· Engineering Background (Computer Science or Computer & Communication Majors are proffered)
· Knowledge of Programming languages : SQL & VBA is a Must
· Advanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge is a Must
· Strong Communication Skills
