RTS Specialist/RTS客户服务专员

Job description

工作职责：

负责电商客户的平台侧订单履约，平台侧库存管理，与客户开展合作共赢项目等。通过与各方协同，满足客户对于服务水平，成本等的要求。

 

主要工作：

- 端到端订单协同，管理RTS仓库库存水位，提高平台侧订单满足率，保证良好的在架率服务水平

- 在保证服务水平的情况下，优化平台侧的库存周转，控制不健康库存比例

- 日常与平台侧、TP运营沟通与协调，周期性KPI回顾

- 定期协助仓间调拨需求

- 协助客户定期退货

- 协助客户提出的特殊操作，比如直播紧急送仓，绿通申请等

- 支持电商大促期间的平台备货，进销存计划，与RTS仓库协同保证大促的平稳运作

- 支持团队&客户需要合作完成的其他工作与项目

- 根据业务需要，提出系统开发诉求等

 

工作要求：

- 本科以上学历，有1年以上计划工作经验或者电商客户服务经验，需要有良好的服务意识

- 熟练使用Microsoft 办公软件：Excel/PPT等，具有良好的数据分析能力更优

- 良好的英语读写能力

- 抗压能力强，具有良好的沟通协调能力、计划组织能力与执行力

- 做事认真细致，责任心强，有较强的团队合作精神
