Main Accountabilities
DSR 管理: ( Pull DDSR & Push DDSR )
1. 流程:根据业务目标及合规要求,设定并更新DSR管理流程;
2. 费用:预估年度/季度预算,提交Proposal申请开号,季度回顾费用使用情况并调整计划;
3运作:审核区域销售经理提交的DSR入离职申请;计算DSR的工资&奖金,核对并发布;协助区域经销商报结DSR费用;
DSR 管理平台: ( Push DDSR )
1. 运作:DSR管理平台是一款赋能批发渠道销售的拜访管理工具,在日常使用过程中,需及时响应并解决各部门在使用管理平台过程中的出现的问题;
2. 运营:根据季度促销计划,设计并发布活动内容;
3. 功能:根据业务目标及管理流程更新,开发并升级管理平台;
4. 费用:预估管理平台年度预算,提交Proposal申请开号,季度回顾费用使用情况并调整计划;
5. 供应商:管理、评估、汰换系统开发供应商;

2. Relevant Experience
· Have work experience in sales function in food or beverage industry
· Experience in both field sales and central function team (like route to market, trade marketing, etc.)
