Main Accountabilities

城市经销商策略与运营管理
1.    根据现有的城市分级体系,重点规划一二线城市的经销商布局策略
2.    经销商贸易条款的制订与运营
战略经销商策略升级
1.    根据外部环境及内部策略升级战略经销商策略
2.    战略经销商价值交换体系搭建及落地
关键销售角色能力设定与发展
1.    结合一二线城市经销商策略升级关键销售角色的岗位角色和职责
2.    基于业务需要梳理相关岗位胜任力模型与发展路径

Critical Success Factors for the Job
Key Skills

1.    有较好的业务分析、逻辑思维能力
2.    有较好的跨行业经验转移能力
3.    较好的PPT制作与演讲能力
4.    较好的内部沟通能力与影响力技巧  

Relevant Experience

1.    5年以上RTM及区域经销商管理经验
2.    食品、饮料、酒水饮料行业头部公司工作经验(原公司管理培训生优先)
