MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Build a winning distribution model and professional distributor operations that drives a consistent availability across relevant channels and outlets.
JOB SUMMARY
Alignment with Trade Strategy
· Supports setting the process and contribute to the definition of:
· National Trade Strategy
· Customer Value Assessment
· Trade Terms Structure
· Coordinate Pricing
Expansion and coverage
· Define optimal and cost-effective distribution models
· Optimization of coverage
· Route planning Beat optimization
· Distributor setup – recruitment to exit end to end process management including customer creation in SAP
· Conduct outlet census
Trade term structure
· Define win-win trade term structure for each distributor
· Define infrastructure requirements
Trade tools and field safety
· Define need and ensure filed team has access to appropriate trade tools
· Champion safety behavior
Communication, information, training
· Manage and facilitate internal and external sales communications
· Provide all sales information to Field Sales, other sales roles and other departments
· Identify needs and roll out training programs
· Manage sales national and local events
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of two to three years working experience within the sales function
· Strong experience in designing and managing processes
· Business planning experience
· Project management experience
· Customer Facing Experience
