MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

Are you driven to make employee experiences at Unilever as simple and delightful as it can be? Do you want to support people so they can be their best?

As Reward & Benefits Specialist you will play a key role in this by being the primary contact for all reward & benefits operational related queries, questions and projects for your HR colleagues, line managers and employees. You will support and guide them in all queries relevant to salary, bonus, employee benefits and reward policies.

JOB SUMMARY

You contribute to delivering a great employee and line manager experience everyday by:
- Advising our HR community on Operational Reward & Benefits related topics.
- Working with the other HR Specialists (i.e. Payroll, IA) during peak moments and projects to get the work done.
- Delivering the yearly APR process for all employees from calculation of the new bonusss to delivering the letters within Global timeliness.
- Completing Reward & Benefits transactions together with your colleagues.
- Assisting with compensation data gathering for survey's and benchmarking.
- Making sure all information available to employees through UNA in your expertise area is spot on.
- Ensuring that continuous improvement activities are initiated, monitored and completed.
- Working close with the Data Specialist to support him/her with the End2End data quality.
- Being aware and implement upcoming legal or collective labor agreement changes: calculate new packages, implement and work with the providers to agree on the implementation approach and timing.
- Working together with Unilever teams to ensure flawless processes and great employee experience (Finance, T&A, Pension fund, IR/ER, Reward, fleet etc.)
- Supporting on business and HR projects that have a link to your expertise (e.g. organizational changes, Reward pilots, change in policies, benefits systems etc.)

KEY REQUIREMENTS
This is a great job for you when the following relates to you:
- Fluent in Dutch and English language;
- Highly skilled with Excel; (i.e. Formula's, V-Look up, Reports, Pivot tables)
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Reward & Benefits specific employee facing role; -
Knowledge on Unilever and Dutch governmental regulations recommended;
- Are very accurate when working with data
- Are pro-active and spot opportunities for improvement by using data and your insights from conversations with HR colleagues, employees and line managers.
- Are not afraid to push back when needed but driven to deliver an excellent end – to – end employee/line manager experience.
- Like to work in a dynamic, complex, international and ever-changing environment.
- Understand the bigger but have an eye for detail;
- Fire up when there is a challenge but remain your cool when there are multiple priorities or peaks in workload.
- Able to work independently whilst also enjoying collaborating with your colleagues.
- Are the best in your Expertise area but are willing to learn from your colleagues.
- Have proficient and broad understanding of HR systems, processes, and 3rd party providers.
