Recruitment Specialist - Supply Chain

Background & Purpose of the Job


The purpose of this position is to be the true owner of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Unilever's blue collar factory sites. For the most part, you will be working closely with a specific group of factories to understanding their recruitment desires and executing the appropriate end-to-end recruitment solution within their local markets. This role will also play a part in proactive talent pipelining work, from forecasting to networking events and everything in between! Who You Are & What You'll Do


You will be reporting directly into the North America Blue Collar Recruitment Lead based out of Raeford, NC. In your direct team, your Lead will guide you through the intricacies of your client group and be your anchor into the recruitment function. You will be responsible for getting the best talent possible in the door. You will ensure that amazing matches are made for the business and the candidates.

What You'll Need To Succeed

· Education: Minimum requirement Bachelor Degree, preferably in a relevant field
· Experience: 2-3 years of recruitment experience is preferred, but we welcome fast learners with a thirst for growth and passion for recruiting. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
· Systems: Previous experience in Taleo and/or Workday system is preferred or you must be comfortable learning new systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel required.
· Personal: We're looking for energetic and passionate individuals who want to be part of a dynamic environment. You must able to work well on a large, fast paced team.
