R&D Assistant Manager_Personal care

Job description

Job Descriptions:

· Lead Innovation and VIP projects on a local level
· Support Supply Chain in loss reduction activities with a regional perspective/plan, implement sourcing site strategy such as core process plant and equipment specifications implementation, capacity expansion by loss reduction and manufacturing site transfer
· Support consumer test sample preparation of agreed Skin cleansing projects and support Skin cleansing R&D Deployment and GDC on testing as required
· Be responsible for technical inputs for demos and activation for Marketing
· Be responsible to Artwork Compliance, ensure that Vietnamese translation is aligned with the original which has been discussed and agreed with all other functions before
· Work closely with Regional /Global Claim CTI to have local input about product claim/ claim support
· Maintain good working partnerships with Local Brand Building, Legal, RA, Trade MKT, Hotline
· Build relationship and work with external bodies for endorsement & support to Unilever Vietnam, also expend to support for Unilever in other countries

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree with major in Chemistry related field
· At least 3-4 years of experience in R&D or related field. Experience in working with different counties is a plus.
· Profound knowledge and experience in formulation, process development and technology transfer, process safety
· Able to gather information from different sources and translate those into business relevant insights and foresight
· Very good presentation and demonstration skills
· Customer- oriented, influencing & problem-solving skills
· Good command of written and spoken English and computer skills
