Job description

Main Job Res ponsibility

·  Responsible for the good operation of factory quality management system: based on national food related laws and regulations, company's quality standards, combined with factory situation, develop and implement systematic and standardized quality management system, ensure food compliance and safety. Drive continuous improvement of product quality, based on hazard analysis, product quality defects and customer feedback, lead quality team and cross-function team to implement quality improvement activity, reduce quality loss and continuously improve customer and customer’s satisfaction.
·  Responsible for the quality risk assessment of new products, new projects and new materials in the factory introduction process, build up related control method, to achieve the smooth landing of product quality in factory.
·  Lead Taicang factory quality team including quality engineers, inspectors, etc. Manage team work.  
·  Enhance factory quality culture building and people quality related capability improvement, lead systematic training, etc.
·  Other matters arranged by line manager.

Requirement

·  More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing, more than 3 years working experience in quality management, familiar with quality management system and tools, familiar with food related national standards and FSSC22000 system, HACCP system, etc.
·  Understand and could use quality related Lean analysis tools to analysis and solve quality problems.
·  Understand food making technology, critical control points and control methods, have knowledge of microorganisms, foreign matter control, familiar with risk assessment and change management tools.
·  Have leadership and ownership, could manage quality team’s work in an orderly manner. With team management experience is a plus.
·  Have team coordination work spirit and capability, good at communication, could co-work well with other functions. With knowledge of digital quality management systems is a plus.
·  Bachelor degree or above, with English reading and writing ability, can communicate in English in daily work.
