Job description
Key Accountabilities:
· Partner with the HC BU team to understand business requirements, define category procurement strategy and eco-system
· Interface with procurement portfolio/operation team, including raw and pack material procurement team, to transform the category procurement strategy/target to portfolio procurement strategy/target.
· Manage HC category procurement savings, NMI (net material impact), cash agenda and driving the resilience and Innovation pipeline projects of the categories in the scope
· Manage HC category 3PM sourcing strategy and the projects to support the innovation, resilience and cost agenda
· Support in the resolution of supply and operational issues
· Manage current complexity, Support and drive complexity reduction programmes
· Ensure compliance with Codes & Policies (i.e. USQS etc).
· Own and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in procurement processes
· Organise and execute price forecasting in line with defined processes.
· Understand the market trends and intelligence
· Contribute to delivery of overall team results

PROCUREMENT SKILLS:
· Procurement Insights and Analysis with the translation of business needs of the categories to Procurement requirements
· Supply Strategy Development and Implementation (e.g. collecting relevant information)
· Supply Market Intelligence and Analysis (e.g. establish understanding & analyze of portfolios and underlying markets)
· Supplier Selection and Development (e.g. assessing supplier performance, screening suppliers, supplier qualification and on boarding)
· Negotiation Skills
· Managing alliances and relationships
CROSS SUPPLY CHAIN SKILLS:
· Executing Supply Chain Strategies aligned to Business Goals
· Adopting a Customer Service Mindset in all our relationships
