Procurement Assistant (H/F)

The Western EU Marketing and Business Services Procurement organization manages €200M spend & 3000 suppliers including Marketing Services such as Agency, Ad Production and Market Research, various Marketing & Sales Promotions spends such as POSM, premium, field force, consumer promotions and shopper marketing, as well as various Business Services such as Employee Benefits, Facilities, Travel & Expenses, Contractors & Consultants Outsourced Services, and company-wide IT services. 

 

 

Location:  Rueil-Malmaison (France)

Function: Procurement, Supply Chain 

Description  

 

The role will report into MBS Manager.

·       Upload & update saving projects into system (SRS)

·       Tracking Marketing service tool: SWOT, Adpro, Unimart & share report to business

·       CLM support: upload contract form.

·       RSP: follow up with Legal/ supplier on Red flag.

·       Spend data cleaning & report.

·       Follow up & update content/announcement in internal portal for MBS Western EU

·       Support Buyers to setup meeting with France stakeholders, follow up RFQ.

What You’ll Need To Succeed  

You are student in a business school or university and you are looking for an internship

Excellent critical thinking, analytical and story-telling skills in order to respond to market/portfolio specific characteristics and influence change remotely. 

Capabilities and skills in Strategic Sourcing 

Ability to influence stakeholders effectively. 

English & French speaker
