BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Main Job Purpose:
To provide a process & project engineering service within the Sourcing Units, including process design, optimisation, trouble shooting, and installation and commissioning of process plant & services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receiving innovation into the factory
• Stakeholder management
• Managing concepts, feasibility and installation phases of key innovation projects
• Managing budgets for projects under 500k euros
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong process knowledge
• Chemical Engineering background desirable
• Experience within a large corporation
• Stakeholder management
• Good prioritisation skills
• Qualified to degree standard in Chemical Process Engineering. Candidates from other Engineering disciplines will be considered if they can show strong experience in a process background.
• Recently qualified chartered engineer or seeking to gain charted status in the next 2 years
Proven background in implementation of process and automation related projects. This experience should be within FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Foods, Petrochemical or similar.
Fully operational in project management
• Exposure to process automation & control systems eg RS3, Delta V etc
Experience in Contractor Management
Familiar with ISO systems (9000, 14000, 18000)
WCM skills (Early Equipment Management in particular)
