Job Description:
As Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the cluster standardization & automation projects through excellent execution and improving the operation capabilities by implementing best practices, benchmarking and continuous improvement programs across NAMET. You will work closely with the country CS & Logistics, global O2C & IT, teams in day-to-day operations and deployment of improvement projects.
Key Accountabilities:
· Collaborate with Global O2C, IT and country CS & Logistics teams for deployment of global & local programs
· Create & automate reports for O2C KPIs for value realization
· Control that the E2E order to cash process is complete on time and in full according to the business and legal rules
· Report any issue within the O2C flows
· Analyze root causes and propose process improvements
· Prepare documentation required to implement a project, execute & coordinate user acceptance testing and assist users
Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
· Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with little guidance or supervision
· Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Engineering / MIS or other related departments
· Experience in generating simple and actionable items from complex ideas
· Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience

Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
· Highly organized self-starter who can own projects and act with limited supervision
· Quick learner open to changing and evolving business
