PRICING MASTER DATA SPECIALIST

LOCATION: UNILEVER POLAND SERVICES, KATOWICE HUB
DEPARTMENT: Order to Cash Service Centre

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

Perform operational tasks related to Master Data. Ensure that Master Data processes are functioning efficiently and agreed targets are delivered on time. Contribute to improve service to customers through proper maintenance of pricing conditions and master data.

JOB SUMMARY:
· Creating and update on & off-invoice commercial agreements and conditions on-time and according to agreed procedures
· Ensuring that Master Data is high quality
· Creation of forms for different stakeholder usage
· Verification of received forms in terms of data quality and proper authorization
· Analysis and corrections of identified Master Data issues

REQUIREMENTS:

· 1-2 years of experience in Master Data
· Fluent in English
· Strong analytical skills
· Problem solving and decision making ability
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office & good knowledge of SAP system
· Basic knowledge of introducing new products to market
· Basic knowledge of VAT tax regulations
