CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

This is a new and exciting opportunity to play a role in delivering performance for Customer Operations to European markets & categories. The Performance Delivery Assistant Manager role sits within the Project & Performance Delivery Team (PPDN) which will work with our European Markets & Categories and selected Partners (including Genpact, IBM and Capgemini) to deliver value across all customer operations activities from planning through to collection of cash. The- team will focus on ensuring end to end processes, enabled by key technologies and ways of working across this eco-system to deliver value and better business outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
·
Assure and govern the performance delivery of the services/partner in PLAN pillar space
·
Focused on driving effective process governance and efficient end-to-end service delivery with partners
·
Own relationship and escalation matrix with partner on behalf of iOPS teams
·
Partner with MSO and UEBV L1 teams (Plan leads, CPMs, IPDs etc.)
·
Accountable for delivery of business outcomes and achieving critical business metrics in SLA on monthly basis
·
Ensuring all foundations of Operational Excellence are in place and there are clear daily/weekly operational drumbeats
·
Ensuring that all critical tasks as per SOPs and iOPS design are being performed by the HUB teams to superior level of execution
·
Fostering one team culture between Unilever and partner teams
·
Establish and drive KPIs and SLA measures that are fully representative of the operations and UEBV & MCO’s perception of the services
·
Supporting in-market teams on managing and escalating disputes, performance issues and customer related claims (internal and external)
·
Driving performance improvement and step-change transformation with the Partner network, through analytics and automations
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
·
Strong background in Planning (supply planning or demand planning)
·
Experienced in working with virtual teams and across a diverse mixture of cultures.
·
Programme / project management experience – experience in transition of processes
·
Understanding and excellent application of Analytical tools. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint capability would be highly desirable
