Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
To manage, supervise and accurately deliver Unilever Tea Rwanda Limited Non-management Payroll on time and in full. Provide payroll activities and returns support to Unit Payrolls.

JOB SUMMARY
· Process accurate and timely payroll data to bank
· Execute payroll accounting and reconciliation
· Ensure accurate and timely calculation and remittance of individual pay advice to pay institutions
· Computation of final benefits during exit processes
· Prepare annual reports and manage end year processes such as taxation and provisions
· Provide ad-hoc data and supplementary reports as required from time to time
· Record and track customer service levels i.e. case tracking for through-put to manage customer expectations and payroll queries
· Track case and grievances progress and resolutions to report on monthly basis to Human Resource Business Partner
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of tax issues and manage data integrity and confidentiality by third party
· Ensure employees get their Pay Slips within due timelines

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelors Degree in Business related field
· 2- 3years experience in payroll management
· Knowledge in HRM and Harvest IT will be an added advantage
· Highly analytical
· Attention to detail
· Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
· The ability to work with key stakeholders both internal and external including Government offices.
