p2p Specialist ,ITALIAN LANGUAGE

Location: Unilever Poland Services, Katowice

Department: UltraLogistik, Supply Chain

Main responsibilities:

· Work closely with country representatives and 3rd party service providers to document process gaps vs. global standard template and build a detailed action plan to close gaps.
· Work closely with country Team Lead on ongoing process issues resolution from AP, IP (indirect procurement) and T&E area
· Resolve the daily questions and issues
· Dealing with P2P tools (Ariba, SAP and Unilever specific workflow)
· Understanding the P2P process and NPNP of Unilever in a way that he/she will be able to explain it further to various Unilever employees
· Working in ARIBA, SAP and MS Excel
· Support on procurement escalations from preferred (Gold/Platinum) suppliers
· Joined IP and P2P efforts to achieve targets on both sides .i.e. payment terms standardisation, VMD cleansing, Exception list harmonisation, electronic invoicing implementation
· Proactively preparing the ordering and invoice commitment process together with procurement or the Business partner itself (clarifying the process internal and to our external parties)
· Think about how to improve the process, helping and advices the business with the complex ordering & invoice system

Skills/ Experience Required:

· University Graduate (or similar experience)

· Strong Excel skills

· Fluent in Italian

· Ability to work with various IT applications

· Working knowledge of SAP (preferred, not necessary)

· Analytical mindset

Ability to influence others

· Customer service orientation

· Ability to work independently
