SALARY: Up to £38,000 + Pension, Bonus , Private Medical and many other benefits
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The Overheads Analyst role is a key role in driving the performance management agenda on key initiatives. This role is responsible for end-to-end cost and budget control process, including tracking, monitoring and intervening to deliver improved business performance in the areas of ETS People Cost including contractors and contingency labour; Insourcing, location strategy, C4G initiatives and organisation changes. The role will closely business partner to the ETS HR team, ETS Finance Business Partner and Finance Excellence Teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Produce / Develop / Improve standard reporting for IT & ES People Cost (Actuals, Forecast, Target), including contractors and contingent labour
· Perform analysis and generate commentary and insights for any foreseen risks or opportunities, as well as highlighting where intervention may be required to senior Finance and Service Lines
· Lead the Finance interaction and involvement with Location Strategy and Insourcing initiatives with ETS
· Developing and reviewing Location Strategy Business cases and ensuring delivery of business cases, with performance reporting
· Developing and reviewing Overheads Business cases and ensuring delivery of business cases
· Be the one source of coordination for C4G initiatives and organization change in ETS and other new projects
· Collate, challenge and submit the OH cost in contractors and consultants area and budget forecast
· Coordinate with HR for FTE information/validation & Reporting
· Coordinate with HR for Contingent workforce information/validation & Reporting (Statistical and Financial)
· Finance Business Partner HR Directors and VP
The role will interface with the following stakeholders:
· ETS Controllers & Finance Business Partners
· Global Controllers
· HR Business Partners
· Service Line Directors
