ORDER TO CASH TEAM COORDINATOR
Location: Unilever Poland Services, Katowice
Department: Supply Chain, Order to Cash
JOB SUMMARY
The process from order taking from customers, through goods delivery to cash collection is called “Order to cash” Process. Unilever analysed the industry best practice and developed its own solution.
The model aims at benefiting from efficient centralized operations. A key centre for Central Eastern Europe is now being set up in Katowice to run part of the Company's Order to cash operations.
· · Analyze different processes KPI's from Customer Relationship Management system or provided by Process Control to guarantee SLA's or propose process improvements,
· · Manage the team of Solution Specialists - analyze performance to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in accordance with specifications and deadlines.
· · Training and development of reporting team
· · Be in touch with all departments such as: Customer Service department in local organizations, Warehousing and Distribution, Transportation Tower
· · Review escalation tickets, assisting the team when either they cannot fulfil SLA's or have any problem
· · Ensure efficient customer service processes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· · 3 years' experience in Customer Services Operations (Order to Cash is an asset
· · Change Management skills
· · Problem solving and decision making ability
· · Ability to work with various IT applications
· · English fluency
· · Ability to influence others
· · Customer service orientation
· · Ability to work effectively under the pressure
· · Team management experience would be appreciated
· · Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
