WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

· 
Conducts different SHE related mandatory, skills, and safety orientation for all personnel in the factory (Blue Collar, and White Collar).

· 
Leads the hazard identification, and risk assessment of all the operational tasks in the plant and closure of all high, medium, and low risks findings.

· 
Facilitates the monthly deep compliance audits and closure of findings.

· 
Leads the investigation for any incident or violation, creation and implementation of action items, and publishing of closure report. Handles the horizontal deployment and incident sharing to other areas.

· 
Reviews and updates all SHE related standard operating procedures. Trains people on the SOPs relating to the operations.

· 
Leads the Manufacturing Safety Review every month and other SHE related meetings.

· 
Improvement of current SBO Program (Submission, Closure, Feedback, and Analysis)

· 
Develops the Management of Change culture in the factory and monitors the closure for each submission.

· 
Establish and sustain the Machinery Safety Program in the shopfloor and utilities.

· 
Launch the Warehouse Safety Program for the Hansson Raw Materials Warehouse

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS

· 
Have undergone the 40 hours Basic Occupational Safety and Health or Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training by a DOLE accredited Training Organization

· 
At least 1 year experience in a Manufacturing setting as a Safety Officer/Lead

· 
Lead SHE projects and programs on shopfloor operations with success.

· 
Indept in different government regulation on Safety, Health, and Environment

· 
Experience in conducting and training people on Hazard Identifaction, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation and Closure, and Deep Compliance Audits

· 
Knowledgeable in implementation of Machinery Safety and Warehouse Safety
