Job description

Main job purpose

Build category strategy for channels and customers, based on category plans and market evolution, shoppers, and consumers insights, driving Net Revenue initiatives to generate positive impact on volume, value, market share and growth performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

· 
Deliver NRM analysis for Homecare categories and align across functions (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain) for the outcomes and shares the insights in the operational and strategical forums.

· 
Support the creation of NRM analysis related actions that drive the discovered opportunities, through sharing key insights at workshops for cross functional audience.

· 
Facilitate NRM trainings and workshop for key stakeholders and new joiners.

· 
Responsible for adopting the global NRM methodology to the Romanian business for reporting the key NRM Performance metrics to Global and communicating the results to the Romanian business unit.

· 
Be a part of active and dynamic global NRM community – share local best practice, bring global insights to a local market.

· 
Collect and share insight about customers and shoppers. Translates information into business building opportunities within specific channels / clients.

· 
Brings qualitative data from market resources (Nielsen, GFK, customers data) in building customized promotional plan activities and for the decision-making processes.

· 
Works closely with the Brand and CSP team to create compelling selling stories for our brands.

Key Requirements

· 
Bachelor's degree

· 
2-3 years experience in commercial / marketing / financial functions

· 
Process and project management experience is an advantage.

· 
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

· 
Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and create a coherent set of conclusions and insights that are translatable into actions.

· 
Fluent English both verbal and written.
