Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
As one of UL beauty & Wellbeing global R&D centre, we design new Hair care and Skin Care products for Vaseline, Ponds, Dove, CLEAR, LUX, HZL, AHC, Rafra and new brands to grow our business all over the world.

You will be focusing on China Cluster – working in an agile environment with multiple teams and lead the efforts to enhance the external ecosystem forSkin care& Hair Care category, working with all the crossfunction teams, business leaders & supply chain partners.

Main Accountabilities
The key working scope will be:
•    Build up ODM/OEM innovation process with cross function for quality and efficient
•    Build up ODM capacity to fulfill Unilever requirement & long-term innovation strategy
•    Closely work with brand for innovation needs for brand launch plan
•    Scouting for new innovations and build up CM innovation library (digital & physical) & external innovation pipeline
•    Integrate external intelligence into Unilever innovation pipeline from ODM, and more than ODM, such as independent lab, start up, academic etc

Key Skills

·  Science & technology background, cosmetic background preferred
·  Knowledges of NPD process, quality and formulation tech
·  Strong communication and project management skill
·  English skill is necessary, marketing sense, digital skill and Korean/Japanese skill as big plus
·  Open minded and growth mindset
·  Okay for business travel

Relevant Experience

1-5year experience in R&D, preferrable with ODM management experience
