We currently have a fantastic opportunity within our Net Revenue Team for an NRM Analyst. This role is based in the CBD. The team is responsible for supporting the top line growth within ANZ. At Unilever Net Revenue Management is one of core levers to accelerate both NRR & profit growth across the business. NRM teams work with cross functional business teams to identify strategic NRR opportunities. The team partners with business units to perform diagnostic reviews across multiple categories to identify winning NRR strategies. The NRM team works to both enable and embed global best practice in local business teams.
The role demands a self- starter who will enjoy applying their analytical skills and insight generation ability to ensure Unilever's continued market performance is maintained through sustainable value growth.
The data sources are many and varied: shopper, consumer , retailer, category, market & supplier . You will be someone who loves the challenge and are comfortable linking fact based data observations and making connections to market realities. You have the ability to translate data observations into actionable insights.
You will be comfortable engaging business stakeholders both formally and informally, up ,down and across the organisation.
You enjoy presenting your findings in cross functional workshops for challenge and builds with key stakeholders.
Ideally, you have Category &/or Customer Management experience, or have been working within FMCG supporting sales and/or marketing teams in a Commercial finance partner/analyst role. You may even have experience on agency side, particularly where your role has been providing clients with insights built from your own interrogation of big data.
The role requires strong analytical and data mining skills, and exposure/understanding of statistical modelling. Previous experience interrogating Nieslen, Quantium, Aztec IRI, price elasticity models will be required.
