We’re searching for a Customer Business Development Lead who will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels. Developing and assessing the national marketing to increase customer acquisition and retention. Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition, and market research. Managing Budget and new implementations.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare forecast and Business plan and negotiate target with distributors.
· Implement, coordinate and respect the price and distribution policy.
· Coordinate together with distributors promotions and brand launches
· Control stocks in distributor’s warehouses. Coordinate POS materials
· Prepare investment plan per distributor, administration of incentive funds
· Solve current disturbances in course of running contracts between Company and distributors
· Manage conflicts between distributors
· Manage the contractual terms with distributors. Control payments statements (warranty letter, overdue)
· Manage the Field Sales Team
· Identify training needs for distributors team and ensure training for these
· Manage TTS schedule for indirect distribution
· Manage operationally the Customer Specific Budget; propose activities/channel, organize and evaluate them, comply with budgets communicated by Customer Marketing team. Pre and post evaluation of promotion.
· Calculate and report financial dues resulted from activities and contract
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, minimum 3 years
· In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
