Job description

负责抖音+快手品类达播生意管理和指标达成 负责+快手站内达播对接，包括 有渠道或品类达人矩阵搭建的规划经验 负责对接和开拓新达人，包含商务谈判沟通/货盘机制/营销内容/框架合作计划和内容/达人共创营销 货品组合规划，每月主赠备货计划 达播费用管控与申请，折扣/赠品/坑位/佣金规划和进度 达人人群profile和策略研究 抖P/快P对接，跟进货品表提报/卖点把控/样品/日常跟播/活动执行

3.了解平台电商经营逻辑和生意模块，把控平台流量趋势，根据品类品牌需求制定整体运营计划

1. 需要对数字数据敏感，抗压能力强

2. 善于语言沟通表达，与客户维护客情关系

3. 有抖快平台对接和达人BD业务经验优先
