Job Title: MYSG Nutrition Supply and Operation Planning (SNOP) Management Lead (6 Months Contract)

The Purpose of Role:

Working closely with Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore (THMYSG) Business Unit (BU) team, to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) execution of profitable P&L delivery of MYSG Nutrition retail business, delivering topline while managing trade spends at an optimized investment level, in alignment with the brand, channel and category jobs to be done vs Internal Operating Plan (IOP) targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-drive Monthly SNOP Process with Key Stakeholders

1. Represent part of the MYSG Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP)/Trade Marketing Team, to codrive monthly SNOP operations and P&L management with key head of departments: Finance Manager, Supply Chain Manager and BU Lead.

2. SNOP operations – managing monthly changes in P&L reporting at topline (demand planning) and right forecast projection of total trade spends investment.

Analytics & Reporting

1. Work closely with CSPs, to understand, collate and present trade context behind key financial movements during monthly S&OP process.

2. Identify key gaps and opportunities for growth by working with key brand owners and CSPs to achieve business IOP targets.

Net Revenue Management (NRM) Support

1. Analysis and evaluation of internal and external data such as Nielsen, focusing on NRM Levers 3 & 4.

2. Partner MYSG Excellence team to facilitate effective roll-out for MYSG nutrition market.

3. Establish way of workings for MYSG Nutrition BU.

Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/finance or related fields.

· 
Experience or background in Trade Marketing.

· 
FMCG business experience.

· 
Analytical, commercial, and business acumen.

· 
Expert user of Microsoft Office Excel, and Microsoft Power Point.

· 
Available to commence work from February 2024 and able to commit to 6 months.
