Job description
*** Main Job Purpose:
- To be responsible for ensuring full availability & visibility in assigned stores with all categories in charge
- To solve, handle issues related to in-charge stores
- To manage and provide supports in improving skills of SIP/TL/BA/CA at store
*** Job Descriptions:
- Establish and manage the relationship with Supermarket and Store Management
- Lead the Visibility Plan (by Category, Customer and by Store) by coordinating and agreeing with Trade Category, Category Planning and Customer Operation Team on final plans
- Lead the Field Sales Force and Store staff to achieve the sales target
- Manage the Field Sales Force's performance
- Manage Sale-In & Sales-Out and stock availability
- Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at point of sales (POS) in order to further build market share
- Implement the visibility plan from Trade Category, Channel Visibility guideline (by category/customers)
- Follow and executive the Promotion and Activation Plan
- Provide support to Category Planning, Operation Team in negotiation Visibility plan with Customers and Store
- Make reports as assigned
*** Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in economics or related fields.
- At least 03 year experience in relevant position in FMCG
- Experienced in Field Sales and well understanding in market
- Willing to travel, good negotiation and communication skill
- Open-minded, result-oriented , detailed with execution
- Strong Business planning and implementation
- Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment
- Good communication in EN/VN
